The Spanish Film Festival

Saturday, at Edward Waters College catch a free live performance by VIVA PANAMA-USA, a dance group dedicated to preserving Panamanian folk traditions and then watch Even in the Rain, a dramatic film set in Bolivia about starring Gael Garcia Bernal and Luis Tosar. This just one of many great events of the festival, which goes until November 12.

#3 Good Sports

Jacksonville Zombie Walk

This Sunday, get your gore on at the 8th Annual Zombie Walk happening at Hemming Park. Come dressed like the dead, or come as you are…just be sure to bring non-perishable food items, clothing , or toys to be donated to the Hubbard House. The walk starts at 4 pm!

#4 Go Outside and Play!

Check out the Sykes and Cooper Corn Maze

Fall is in the air, and what better way to enjoy it than wandering through a corn maze. Open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through October 25th, the Sykes and Cooper Farms maze will be loads of fun and great for family photos!

#5 Grab a Bite

Downtown Ghost Tour Kicks off at Fionn MacCools

This Friday, drink a pint, mow some fish and chips at Fionn MacCools at the Landing, and then head out on the River City Haunts ghost tour of downtown. Space is limited so call 904.827.1845 to make a reservation.
