When you order the “SAIRA-ndipity” at Raintree Restaurant in St. Augustine – or many other eateries around the Nation’s Oldest City – you are helping raise money for charity. Made with St. Augustine Distillery Vodka, Licor 43, Cointreau, lime juice, lemon juice and grenadine, the delicious drink is rimmed with sugar and garnished with fresh mint.  As founder and past president of the St. Augustine Independent Restaurant Association (SAIRA), Raintree owner Lorna MacDonald had bartender Brad Rapson create the drink so it could be sold in the association’s restaurants. One dollar per bottle of the St. Augustine Distillery Vodka will be donated to charity.
